@unknownfriend3 : I am really not sure,i tried my best . Main reason behind
this video was that I really missed India and when i tried searching for
this song i could not find it ,and i took about 5 days to do this.I had to
do this just not to forget my culture and not to be out of my path.This
video is just to inspire me. If there are any mistakes do forgive me.

@MegaContented read history u will see it took britian 100yrs to get to the borders of punjab, they didnt attck cuz the sikh empire was too strong under the maharjaz rule. but wen the maharaja died, internal strife caused the sikh empire to collaps frm within (5 leaders assasinated within just 10yrs) as diff leaders wanted the throne. and then some leaders sold out to the british, givin them vital info on tactics and war plans... the british admit they wudnt hav won without betrayal and trechery

@xizvw im not sayin it isnt, im pointin out fact, dat sikhs didnt get overrun in warfare lyk other parts of india, they wer betrayed. i knw abou (shiva ji) n marathaz n the massiv territory they took frm the mughals, but im sure marathas outnumbered (if not equalled) the mughals, wer-as sikhs made up less than 1% of indias population at the time. marathas and rajputs made alliances n surrenderd to the mughals for nearly 500yrs, despite outnumbering and being establishd military powers.

@JasSingh88 I am not saying any thing about bravery of sikhs.We all know that ,today also the role they play in Indian army is commendable.What I am saying that why didn't we succeeded either by using dirty politics or bravery?One f d reasons is lack of unity.Our whole history is full of traitors from Jai Chand during Prithvi Raj Chauhan to Man Singh during Akbar.While rajputs surrendered,Marathas for fact never did till their persecution by Aurangzeb

@JasSingh88 Nd in terms of population also marathas were limited to maharastra while rajputs although found all over were never united.It was british who gave them the name of rajputana( princely states).As for sikhs,Maharaja Ranjit Singh established a huge kingdom and after many 100 years of Islamic rule punjab saw a on-mulim ruer.But if u know that DURING 1857 PUNJAB DIDN'T REVOLT AND INFACT THE SOLDIERS HELPED THE BRITISH because of th edevelopments mae by two English brothers in the state.

@xizvw marthaz still have a much bigger population than sikhs, but ur point about lackin unity is correct, this was the main reason for britians success. if all kingdoms of india at dat time fought together it would have been a world superpower, but insted they acted seperatly and certian figures sold out to help the british. yes the sikhs helped the british, again due to politics in which they made massiv promises to the sikhs. but luk at hw many sikhs then fought to free india also (over 70%)
