Despite media and critics thrashing Veer in their reviews, the film has excellent opening with earning around 41 crores gross this weekend. This is called charm of Salman Khan show. It is one man show. Our media and critics have been paid well by third hand (famous rival of Salman Khan) to bring thf film down and tear it. He had forgotten, there are so many people involved with a film. Our media and critics have habit of licking the asses of that person.

Salman Khan Veer has banged the box office. I wouldnt say the film was perfect and it had few flaws but it had lot of entertainment value. It deserved better review and rating from critics. Please critics, understand the nuances and business of cinema!!! Please dont write in comfort of your sofa. Watch a movie from audience point of view. Dont compare it with other films. Every film has different genre and has its own target audience.

Salman Khan is king of Single Screens. Veer has been extremelly doing well in single theaters. Media and Critics have always been unfair to him. He is not been nominated for best actor for Wanted despite his powerful performance

i watched veer 2day, mindblowin movie, salman + zarina chemistry rocks, i cried at the end so emotional :(. hope movie is aleast hit or superhit, i heard movie done 41 crores opening weekend still countin :P am ready to battle medias & critics :E am PISSED

Despite poor reviews, Salman Khan's Veer has grossed Rs 41-crore worldwide at the box office in its opening weekend, distributor of the movie Eros International has said.

I have no doubt that Zarine must be a better actress than Katrina, I mean I
haven't seen the film yet but I will see it this Wednesday hopefully. I
really want to. But just from looking at the trailers and clips from the
film, Zarine does seem like she is more natural when it comes to acting.
And in my opinion Zarine seem more pure and more innocent and sweet than
Katrina. Katrina debuted in a movie like Boom, whereas Zarine's first film
is at least Veer.

I can't really judge who is prettier, both Katrina and Zarine have their
own appeal. I do think though that people should stop constatnly comparing
Zarine to Katrina, they should focus more on the movie, VEER, and her
acting. All the comparisons to Katrina are not good because she needs to
have her own identity and her own unqiue appeal to herself, different from
everyone else in the industry.

This song looks absolutely beautiful. Just like a fairytale, it's lovely.
And Zarine Khan's beautiful outfits definitely make her look the part of a
Princess. I agree that Zarine's eyes are a little small, she doesn't have
large eyes at all. I'm just really curious to finally watch her in the
movie though and see how she is.

Okay to make it clear I for example honestly don't hate Katrina. I won't
even say that I dislike her but I hope that no one attacks me for saying so
but in life there are certain truths that we have to accept and admit,
honestly Katrina looks really pretty and nice in many places and there are
things for which I do like her, but honestly I get very frustrated when
only some people make such a big deal out of her because honestly she is
okay but she is not anyone that incredible.

Yeah Katrina is pretty, I do find her really pretty a lot of times, I won't
be nasty and say that she is totally unattractive but she really is nothing
special. Just a normal pretty girl. Yeah she is tall and that's really nice

it that only Katrina gets all this exposure? It's only because of her roles
with Akshay and the fact that she is with Salman Khan. Thank you for
