Is Shahid his own choreographer for this movie? A lot of the times the movies have the same choreographer so the dances have the same movements or style. Doesn't mean Shahid is copying someone. If you watch an award show you can tell if the same choreographer was used because the dances are the same for the same style of music.

we are in the year 2011 (this was in 2010).. and there are so many dancmoves... you are copying sombody all the time... if you think you have a new one... someon danced this before... this is normal
