well atleast i tried to speak nicely and with respect, anyhow its my
opinion when i look at before and after pics thats what i see her jaw line
has become much more defined and no amount of weight loss changes an entire
bone shape and i am not saying all i am saying most i assure you I am not
jealous :) i have tremendous respect for you and your loyal fandom have a

and i am not even saying all bollywood actresses a lot of hollywood
actresses get surgery done too, and its just because people are so critical
of them all the time because they are in front of the camera all the time
and media i dont hate on actresses who have gotten surgery regardless its
their choice just because i personally dont find kareena attractive doesnt
mean you have to be judgmental and think im a jealous person its just my

to reply back, but its harsh that i am not allowed to speak my opinion on a
website she may or may not have gotten surgery there is obviously no proof
but TO ME it looks like she did and there are a lot of rumours and people
who think so too...if you do not that is you opinion and i completely
respect that im actually in medical and im learning about face procedures
