Please correct. Her surname was Talpade before she was married (1940s,
mainly).

Very melodious song, of course, one of the songs I love. Great job, thanks.
Note that this is a duet of heroine Suraiya Ji and one of Tripathy Ji's
favourites Mohantara Talpade/Ajinkya Ji. Both are among my favourite
singers. Perhaps this was Mohantara Ji's last film? She hardly sang in
1950s, sadly, though being a top 1946 - 1949 singer. I believe she is alive
in Mumbai and her age is something near Lata Ji's!?
