I am an Ilaiyarajaah fanatic. Undoubtedly, the credits for the song, of
course, go to the one and only "Maestro" Raja Sir, but one other fact is
that all these great songs of Cheeni Kum are remakes of Tamil movies
featuring another great "Mike" Mohan. Raja Sir composed all these songs for
the evergreen hero who never saw a flop. Jaane dona from film Nooravadhu
Naal, Cheeni Kum from Mounga Ragam, and Baatein Hawa from Mella
Thirandhadhu Kadhavu. So, I feel Mohan also should get his due.

the original? Better understand meaning of my post before posting such
comments. Idea of my comment was to highlight that credits for the tunes
should also go to Mohan that Raja Sir composed for him at various times for
various movies that IR later transferred to Cheeni Kum (all 3 songs of CK r
frm Mohan pix). Understand my comment properly and post your reply. Your
