please read independent news and i have heard myself in ndtv and indian tv
news where lata herself said in rehersels in duet as per music director
both would do rehersel but when in actual take she would deliberately do
something extra not rehersed before she said rafi sahab naraz ho jate then
koi bhi naraz hoga somple language mein this is cheating on other occassion
she herself said on tv on actual recording i used to nake my voice on
little higher octave than remember at that time once recording happened
thst is it no repeat

Terrific Shankar-Jaikishan melody, various staggered modulations uniquely
performed by Rafi Sahab, Sharda performed pretty well as in her distinctive
voice. Lovely to watch this gem from the sixties; screen performance by

Although the song was composed by Shankar Jaikishan , this song is the
composition of only Shankarji since only he favoured Shardaji , Jaikishanji
favoured Lataji . Shankarji always remained unsung and unnoticed ; but it
was he who brought Jaikishanji to RK banner , of course noone dare deny the
greatness of the TWO !!!! Hats off to Sebastian and Dattaram for the
