Hello Yuan and thanks a million. What a semi classical song? Written by Shailendra. I believe the only song in Buzdil penned by Kaifi Azami was "Rote Rote Guzar Gayee Raat" which of course was another intoxicant rendered by Lata. Year on Buzdil I believe was 52 or 53 but I could be wrong since in either case, I was not around. Lol.

I don't know about this song but in Devdas (1955) Burman Dada had used
Abdul Karim on the tabla for mujras and Ustad Ali Akbar for sarod.
