Nowadays MDs are not capabale of making good music scores. Jaidev was one of the finest MD and was not so famous like S-J, Naushad, Ravi, Madan Mohan etc., but still was excellent like his music in HUM DONO (Dev Anand, Sadhana Shivdasani starrer). Anu Malik can't even come closer to Jaidev Da !!!

Yes Norina ji! You are right in saying "so called B movies". Because for
Rafi Sahab, there was no any B type. He sang for all composers and for all
movies (wether they were A, B or C type) and always gave A+++++... results.

Anu Malik's father, Sardar Malik was an excellent MD. Films such as Thokar, Chor Bazaar, Laila Majnu(two Talat-Asha duets, rest music was by Ghulam Mohammad)Mere Bachey Mera Ghar, Saranga etc etc. Sardar Malik was married to song writer Hasrat Jaipuri's sister. But yes I agree, Anu Malik can't compose.
