What a terrific start of Stereo recording by the great Music Director Laxmi
Kant Pyare lall. This was India´s first film in which stereo spectrum being
introduced. I don’t know about the film but the songs went amazingly hit.
Lata Mangeshkar & Mukesh were the main contributors. It was a wonderful
attempt. I must salute Laxmi kant ji. Unfortunately he is not alive but his
marvellous creations will remain alive. Laxmi kant had 450 films to his
name. It is a record.(27th January 2011)
