If anyone has any doubt who was the greatest singer of all, they just have
to listen to this song! Ironically it was RD Burman who pushed Kishore da
to the top spot in the early 70's and from this film RD gave Rafi Saab this
amazing comeback super hit chart busting song which won Rafi Saab with a
Filmfare & National award. Actually Rafi comeback phase started with Laila
Majnu (1976), this song just gave Rafi an extra rise to the top spot in par
with Kishore. Kishore was great but Rafi edged it.
