Uplifting words, lovely voices. Some words are in accord with the ancient
Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, a much celebrated prayer of which seeks God's
help in finding a way from "darkness to light, from untruth to truth, from
death to immortality." Others stress a cheerful equanimity amidst the
varied realities and experiences of life. These are among the many
qualities that give the much-noted continuity to Indian civilization.
The female singer is unfamiliar to me . Glad to hear her for the first

Wonderful ! Ajay, you have dug deep this time, what a gem you have
uncovered. The lyrics, indeed, are uplifting, and guiding... some lines
similar in sentiments in the song "Gaao mere man" also featuring Amol
Palekar on screen. Besides the lyrics, the music and renditions are also
very good. Jaidev gave a break to several singers in the Hindi film world,
a noble soul he was. Thanks for posting this song.
