Lagaan's content was totally Indian. I've not seen victory but I can tell
that it doesn't revolve around cricket.Did victory cover issues like
untouchability like Lagaan does ?? Just bcoz two movies hv certain
similarities b/w plots it cant be declared as copies. In case of Barfi it's
frame by frame plagiarism. Infact this is d 1st time I'm hearing that
Lagaan is a copy. Lagaan is in bbc's 1000 movies u must c b4 u die to
Empires 100 best foreign films. Where is Victory???

Mela was in 2000...his last flop. Mangal Pandey was avg,not livd up2 d
expectation of BO but was not flop. Dhobi Ghat is India's highest earning
art film & also went in2 BAFTA's long list.
