exactly! and even if they are lifts/inspirations, they're still good songs
but just give proper credit to the source. his or songs accredited to his
name are still great

Thats called sampling. Everyone from Elvis to Aerosmith to P Diddy have
done it. I like the original song by Linear but this is a great song too.
