hrithik is good dancer, but look at the facial expression & flow of govinda's dance. you will not find these things in hrithik 's dance. Dance is not only moving hands & legs, facial expressions/acting is required. when hrithik is dancing I like his dance steps, but when govinda is dancing I enjoy whole song, his dance & everything.
