I maybe wrong but I believe this is not a Shankar Jaikishen song. It is a Lebanese song called Old Beirut. There's a beautiful orchestral version of it in Ron Goodwin's album called 'Music For Arabian Nights'. However, this S-J version in Hindi is also a gem.
