Excellent beyond words! ... Very nice lyrics with appropriate music to go
with it, and what to say about the voice and singing of talented Kanan
Devi! ... Her voice is super sweet to listen ... One can never get tired of
listening to this song 'par-excellence' by any standard! ... Kamal Dasgupta
is known to give super-sweet melodies with minimum of instruments ... Today
we miss both of them, Kamal Dasgupta and Kanan Devi. ... What a void they
have created for music lovers!!

Kanan Devi is superb in singing and expressions. However, she got
overshadowed by other singers like Lata Mangeshker and Asha Bhonsley,
though she could act well and sing well too. Same way Zubaida Begum's
Punjabi songs are classics and superb but she got overshadowed by Noor
Jahan as a singer.
