Saigal was fully trained in light classical music before he entered
film-world and that his initial songs like this were superior in quality
than his own film-songs later in his career. It is said that in early
thirties he used to sing classical Khayal etc. in public and private
concerts but alas there is no recordings available of his those classical
Khayals etc. , which have been lost for ever.
