Reham nazar karo can loosely mean looking gracefully upon someone. So, in
this case, we are requesting Sai baba to look gracefully upon his devotees
i.e. us.

Shri Dadasaheb Khaparde, a famed lawyer from Amraoti, stayed with Baba for
some time. He records in his diary for 17th January 1912 that after the
Aarti, Baba "showed his face and smiled most benignly. It is worth while
spending years here to see it even once. I was overjoyed and stood gazing
like mad". It says everything about the gracious 'reham nazar' of Baba.
