It really looks like they're saying "Ishq Salami" (XD), but if you pay attention, they are actually saying "Salaam-E-Ishq, Ishq, Ishq, Salaam-E-Ishq...Salaam-E-Ishq, ishq, ishq, Salaam-E-ishq"...the confusion is because we're hearing it in the "contrary way"...
