this song was not sung for a movie. it was dedicated to the soldiers of our
country specially who do duties on border and their dear ones wait for them
at home.i lost my younger brother in srinagar and i can feel the pain of

Very nice song,,, was often played on Vivid Bharti in the non-filmi music
program in the afternoons. I think this was composed by Sudhir Phadke and
not by K Mahavir (not sure). In fact, very fortunately, I heard Sudhir
Phadke sing this in one of the Doordarshan program and I always thought his
version was better... Thanks for posting it here, its so nice to listen to
it again !!

I have heard Mahavirji himself singing saanj bhayi ghar in TV somewhere
in83 or84. It was(his singing) was so enchanting, his touches for eeepiya
was tremendous. Gifted composer and depth of bhaav in singing.
