Well, while listening to a radio show I was surprised to know that the
writer of this song Verma Malik used the same phrase "tabiyat thik thi aur
dil be beqrar na tha" in another movie of Manooj Kumar Roti Kapda aur
Makaan. Please listen to the song " Mehngai Mar Gayee" from Roti Kapda aur
Makaan and in the second stanza you hear the same phrase. Just FYI fun to
see that writes re used their work after almost 20 years.

Old Mirza Sahiban had music by Amarnath, Husnlala & Bhagatram. It starred Trilok Kapoor(younger brother of Prithviraj Kapoor) with Noor Jahan. This starred Shyama and Shammi Kapoor.
