Surendra had thick and unique voice ... It is so nice to hear him sing
always ... This song is especially nice with lyrics like, " तेरी याद का
दीपक जलता है दिन रात मेरे वीराने में ... वो पागलपन जो पहले था अब भी है तेरे
दीवाने में " ... Very nice composition of Ram Ganguly ... It is difficult
to find such lyrics and the fitting composition to go with that today ...
This song was composed in 1954, that is almost 60 years ago and it still
sounds so sweet.
