good song, however, the tune is just a copy of song of film 'chunriya'
music scored by hansraj bhardwaj and the song is ' dile nasahad ko jeene ki
hasarat ho gayee firse'.

" Zamane mein "faqat" aese kai nadaan hote hian "

I think the MD's made Lata re-sung it for the film.
