janta hai tu hamare dil ke raz
kya zami kya aasma kya subho sham
hai sabhi tere isharo ke gulam
tu jo chahe zarra bhi ho aaftab
jisko chahe usko de tu behisab

jispe ho teri inayat ki nazar
hai farishto se bhi aala wo bashar
koi muflis hai ke daulatmand hai
teri rahmat ke jaruratmand hai
nek hai aur kon badinsan hai
iski to bas tujhko hi pehchan hai

kya khabar jo yaha gunahgaro me ho
wo teri kudrat ke shehkaro me ho
humko dikhla nekiyo ka rasta
tujhko hai apne nabi ka vasta
dil ko do duniya ki daulat baksh de
yani insan ki mohabbat baksh de
aye khudaye paak aye rab karim
keh ke bismilahe rahmano rahim

O Pure God, O Lord of Grace,
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate,
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
We bow our heads in Your court,
We are servants in Your reign.

You are the Master, the Benefactor,
You know the secrets of our hearts.
What the earth, what the heavens, what morn and evening,
All are slaves to Your signals.
If You will, a speck becomes the sun,
Whom You will, You give without measure.

Upon whom Your grace does cast a gaze,
Is a mortal, higher than the angels.
Whether pauper or wealthy,
All are in need of Your mercy.
Who is righteous, and who is a sinner,
Only You know this true recognition.

Who knows if among the sinners here,
Are those of Your power's masterpieces?
Show us the path of good deeds,
For the sake of Your Prophet, we beseech.
Grant the world's wealth to our hearts,
That is, bestow the love of humanity.
