Lyrics of Aao Huzoor Tum Ko, Sitaro Me Le Chaloo - आओ हुज़ूर तुमको, सितारों में ले चलूँ
aao hujoor tum ko, sitaaron mein le chaloo
dil zoom jaaye ayesee, bahaaron mein le chaloo
humaraaj humakhayaal to ho, humanajar bano
tay hogaa jindagee kaa safar, humasafar bano
chaahat ke ujale ujale, najaaron mein le chaloo
dil zoom jaaye ayesee, bahaaron mein le chaloo
likh do kitaaba-ye-dil pe koee ayesee daasataa
jis kee misaal de naa sake saato aasamaan
baahon mein baahe daale, hajaaron mein le chaloo
dil zoom jaaye ayesee, bahaaron mein le chaloo
dil zoom jaaye ayesee, bahaaron mein le chaloo

Poetic Translation - Lyrics of Aao Huzoor Tum Ko, Sitaro Me Le Chaloo - आओ हुज़ूर तुमको, सितारों में ले चलूँ
From us, the moon and stars find their light,
Do not mistake us for a fabric of shame.
If we depart from this world's sight,
The name of love will be erased in flame.
The heart is delicate, like a flower's bloom,
Handle it with care, lest it should break.
If it shatters, sealed by cruel doom,
My love, know this, for your heart's own sake:
[Echoed:] "What?"
Then no madwoman, in love's despair,
Will ever again tend to her raven hair.
No Radha will offer devotion,
To Krishna, the divine notion.
Come, my love, let us depart,
To the stars, where we'll restart.
To gardens where hearts may sway,
Come, my love, come away.
(Be the confidante, the kindred soul,
Be the gaze that makes us whole,
Together our life's journey we'll roam,
Become our companion, our home)
Ah, ha ha, oh, oh, ho ho ho,
Ah, ha ah ha ha, oh ho ho
To the bright, clear vistas, our love will unfold,
To gardens where hearts may be sold.
Come, my love, come away.
Write a tale upon the heart's page,
A story, surpassing the heavens' rage.
Ah, ha ha, oh, oh, ho ho ho,
Ah, ha ah ha ha, oh ho ho
Arm in arm, in throngs we'll stroll,
To gardens where hearts may extol.
Come, my love, come away.
Do not mistake us for a fabric of shame.
If we depart from this world's sight,
The name of love will be erased in flame.
The heart is delicate, like a flower's bloom,

Classic song from 60's golden era. The ambience of night clubs nicely
dressed men and women, civilised an dignified evening enjoyment and a femme
fatale dancing either intoxicated or pretending with a glass of wine,All
this with voice of Asha and wonderful music and tunes hard to beat. With
all the modernity and entire films shot in foreign locales these days no
song or dance come close to the feeling of exhiliration listening to these
classics.

I have always LOVED this number, especially the opening verses spoken.
Ashaji has done a tremendous job steeping herself in character. The
arrangement, the brilliant little harkats, the inspired laughter and the
giggle..WOW! And Babita has done this great effort real justice by
donning the character completely and very convincingly. KUDOS.I never
get tired of this. Thanks for this upload @TNMOHAN.

May be others thought that it is useless to try to correct you,but I
thought that you will take it in the proper sense. To a question "what
human being needed most,Confucius replied that "it is the language,if one
don't understand what is said there will be lot of confusion" Try to
understand,my dear friend.

Sri. O.P.Nayyar sahib, you are great. Your compositions will always be
remembered for ever. It is a sweet, melodious composition , sung by Asha Ji
with full devotion and it is very soothing music which is positioned in the
mind. In the film Babitha i has done well. This song is still fresh in our
mind.

@papapochu she is also ironically a great example of Hindi Cinema - yes her
white skin & connections helped but only upto a certain point. Indian
audiences have always rewarded the actors - there were other white girls -
Nimmi, Shakila - but they did not go far either. Meanwhile dark-skinned
actresses like Nutan, Sharmila, Waheeda & most recently Rani Mukherjee
ruled! Best example - dark skinned Zeenat totally beating out white-skinned
Parveen, though i liked Parveen - fantastic smile.
