My yearning yearns for grace divine,
By a hand of mercy, words be spun,
By a hand of mercy, let the Kalima shine.

May death find me in Medina's light,
My soul depart at the Prophet's gate,
My soul depart at the chosen height.

I shall not release the Prophet's hold,
Though shame decree the harshest fate,
Though shame decree a story told.

A sword was drawn from Farooq's home,
To slay the Prophet, a darkened quest,
Reaching then, my heart's own dome,

My beloved, let the Kalima be blessed.
