Along with Lataji and LPji, I would pay my respects to Pt Bharat Vyas ji.
If all of us remember, Vyasji, in the milky way of urdu poets of the
hindi-films, shone in differnt glow. Without use of urdu words, he almost
single handedly (Well...who can forget jyoti kalash chhalake by Pt Narendra
Sharma) kept the flag of shuddh hindi up and fluttering. 'Tum gagan ke
chandrama ho...' Sati Savitri - Lataji Manna Deyji - LP... is another gem.
In fact all the songs of this movie are just. well no words to express.

@durlabhpkolhe May I make a litle correction! Laxmikant had a mastery on
mandolyn and Pyarelal over violin. Just recall the famous initial note on
violin in the song "main yeh soch kar uske dar se utha tha" from Chetan
Anand movie "Haqeeqat". This piece was actually played by Pyarelal for
Music director Madan Mohan. LP worked as assitants to Kalyanji---- in many
movies. After LP's success with Parasmani, Dosti etc, their name was
highlighted in film casts with prominance.

they worked for s.j. in some movies. dattaram and sabiestian were s.j.'s
assistants. ka were also worked under hemantda.
