Lyrics of Dekh Li Teri Khudai, Bas Mera Dil Bhar Gaya - देख ली तेरी खुदाई, बस मेरा दिल भर गया
dekh lee teree khudayee, bas meraa dil bhar gaya
teree rahumat chup rahee, mai rote rote mar gaya
mere malik kya kahu, teree duwao ka fareb
mujhpe yu chhaya ke mujhko, ghar se beghar kar gaya
woh bahare nachatee thee, jhumatee thee badaliya
apanee kismat yad aate hee, meraa jee dar gaya
teree rahumat chup rahee, mai rote rote mar gaya
mere malik kya kahu, teree duwao ka fareb
mujhpe yu chhaya ke mujhko, ghar se beghar kar gaya
woh bahare nachatee thee, jhumatee thee badaliya
apanee kismat yad aate hee, meraa jee dar gaya
Poetic Translation - Lyrics of Dekh Li Teri Khudai, Bas Mera Dil Bhar Gaya - देख ली तेरी खुदाई, बस मेरा दिल भर गया
I saw your kingdom, and my heart, it overflowed.
Your mercy silent, and I wept until I died.
The springtimes danced, the clouds began to sway,
But remembering my fate, my heart was terrified.
Oh, my Master, what can I say of your prayer's deceit?
It consumed me so, it banished me from my home, bereft.
Your mercy silent, and I wept until I died.
The springtimes danced, the clouds began to sway,
But remembering my fate, my heart was terrified.
Oh, my Master, what can I say of your prayer's deceit?
It consumed me so, it banished me from my home, bereft.

Talat was without doubt the finest male singer since K L Saigal- the feel
and the pathos are beyond compare. The only other song that I can think of
which has been sung with greater feel is Saigal in " nain heen ko rah dikha
prabhu". Wish we had some singers today with half the talent and the tonal
quality of Talat

I believe this song has been removed from the original film.I am sure Dev
saab would have given full justice to this beautifull song. Great work by
Talatji and Jaidevji!
