This is Pagdi (1948) as you said Sir. One of Sitara Kaunpuri Ji's most
famous and best songs. She sings with such a melodious and emotionally very
feeling voice. Unfortunately, she sang for, in fact, even less than 10
films (Hindi). All were within 1941 - 1950. Thanks for sharing.
