Lyrics of Do Haklo Ka Suno Fasana - दो हक्लो का सुनो फ़साना
do haklo ka suno fasana
do haklo ka suno fasana naya shishya or guru purana
haklo ka fasana do haklo ka suno fasana
naya shishya or guru purana haklo ka fasana
shuru guru ne kiya likhana
likho namak wale ka gadha syana
kaam tha bhari bojh uthana
paar nadi ke lekar jana uspe malik ke danday khana
gadhe ko sujha ek bahana jaan bujh ke bojh girana
pani me sab namak milana jalim ko yu sabak sikana
kiya guru ne band likhana naye shishya se kaha sunna
haklo ka fasana do haklo ka suno fasana
naya shishya or guru purana haklo ka fasana
suru shishya ne kiya sunna
suno namak wale ka gadha kaam bhari bojh
jaan bujh ke zalim jaan bujh ke ghi ghi
guru ne us par danda tana haklo ka fasana
gusse se bola guru diwana nakal meri karo ji
mujhe nahi garam karo ji dub maro ji
suno re guru ji maf karo ji dht teri ki nikal jao ji
hua khatam ab hakla gana
band karo ab hasna hasana do haklo ka suno fasana
naya shishya or guru purana haklo ka fasana
do haklo ka suno fasana naya shishya or guru purana
haklo ka fasana do haklo ka suno fasana
naya shishya or guru purana haklo ka fasana

Poetic Translation - Lyrics of Do Haklo Ka Suno Fasana - दो हक्लो का सुनो फ़साना
A tale of two who stammer, hear,
A novice and a master, old and near.
Hear, the tale of stammering tongues,
A novice and a master, through life's lungs.
The guru began to dictate, now,
"Write of the salt-laden ass, how,
Wise, it bore the burden's weight,
Across the river, sealed by fate,
To bear the master's stinging hate."
The donkey devised a trick to abate,
Deliberately dropped the freight,
In water, salt dissolved, to seal its state,
A lesson taught, to end the hate.
The guru stopped, his writing ceased,
To the new disciple, he then released,
"Hear, the tale of stammering tongues,
A novice and a master, life's song strung."
The novice then began to recite,
"Hear, the salt-laden ass's plight,
A heavy burden..." stumbling, slow,
"Deliberately...the cruel one, you know..."
"...ghee...ghee..."
The guru raised his cane, to show,
The tale of stammering tongues, below.
In anger, the guru, wild, did speak,
"Copy me, you fool, and seek,
To not enrage me, do not fret,
Drown yourself, and soon forget!"
"Forgive me, Guru," came the plea,
"Begone, away, from here, you see!"
The stuttering song now came to end,
Cease laughter, and your joy transcend.
"Hear, the tale of stammering tongues,
A novice and a master, life's song hung."
A novice and a master, old and near.
Hear, the tale of stammering tongues,
A novice and a master, through life's lungs.
The guru began to dictate, now,
