No one can deny that R. D. Burman gave many fresh melodies with fresh
rhythms but it is also true that he was the first music composer who
introduced noise and strange sounds which can never be called musical
sounds and the generations of composers after him took this noise and sound

R D Burman and Ashaji rocked in this song. Mumtaz ji did a fabulous job but
I felt Helen ji would be better in this type of song:) Just love this song

I watched the movie' Apna Desh' in 1972.It was a real hit at that time and
Rajesh Khanna was having the best moments of his film career. The other
three guys, Om Prakash ( Grey suit) , Madan Puri ( Black suit) and Kanhaya
Lall ( Blue suit & hat) were top top actors ( however very corrupt in this
movie). I enjoyed their roles. The movie has a good story and it's worth
watching. I've watched it many times.
