Lyrics of Dur Bahut Mat Jaiye Le Ke Karar Humara - दूर बहुत मत जाईये ले के करार हमारा
dur bahut mat jaiye, leke qarar hamara
aisa na ho, koi lut le, rah me pyar hamara

pas raho ya dur tum, tum ho sath hamare
dege gavahi puchh lo, ye khamosh nazare

nazani bada rangi hai vada tera
o hasi, hai kidhar ka irada tera
nazani bada rangi hai vada tera
o hasi, hai kidhar ka irada tera
ankh mudati hui, zulf udati hui
fasala kyo hai zyada tera
o hamadam mere, khel na jano
chahat ke iqarar ko
jan-e-jahan, yad karoge, ek din mere pyar ko

chhaye ho, mere dil pe, nazar pe tumhi
aj to, meri ulfat ka kar lo yaki
chhaye ho, mere dil pe, nazar pe tumhi
aj to, meri ulfat ka kar lo yaki
ae ji hamase tumhe ek lagavat to hai
tumhe hamase muhobbat nahi

o hamadam mere, khel na jano
chahat ke iqarar ko
jan-e-jahan, yad karoge, ek din mere pyar ko

hamasafar, tu hi mera hai lekin sanam
sath me, hai kisi ajnabi ke kadam
hamasafar, tu hi mera hai lekin sanam
sath me, hai kisi ajnabi ke kadam
meri ulajhan yunhi besabab to nahi

O P Nayyar the great! The maestro of the 'music for the young at heart'.
His melodies are evergreen even after the lapse of 50 years. The sudden
inclusion of 'saarangi' and the change of rhythm at 2:41 catapults you back
to an indian vilage settings... And the sudden inclusion of mouth organ at
4:10 brings you back to the modern times and makes you feel so young and
light hearted that you want to fall in love all over again :-) Hats off!
Thanks for posting, yuanyuanyuanyin.

OP Nayyar chose Asha for most of his music(female part ) because he thought
she was more suited to sing to his style .Rafi was versatile and he could
adapt to these 'masti 'songs in an instant which is a reason why OPN once
famously said,"There wouldn't have been OP Nayyar without Rafi .They were
both greats in their own rights.

If one were to choose the most fragrant brand of champagne in Indian movie
music, one especially designed for exuberantly romantic gatherings, it
would have the triple stamp of OPN, Rafi and Asha( an alternate third
component would be Geeta Dutt .). Thanks, Yuan.

- You are most welcome, my dear friend Jemal.
Please post all of them but according to Eros's "new policy", SOME of the songs can be watched only in India and Nepal.
However, no harm will be done, only blocking the videos.
Thank you.
