This song always makes me cry! Take me back into the painful but sweet
memories where me and my Brother got job in Mumbai and we were looking for
a place to live! Our salary was a month away and had little money and no
friends or family was in Mumbai. I remember everything, every street,
nights, days and all. BTW thanks for uploading this beautiful song.

A few songs as appealing as this one. The very voice of the singer is extremely sad and fit with the lyrics. Both the voice and lyrics leave an everlasting impression on the listener whether he has memories or not. The song indeed is more bewitching for those who have lived lives in dissipation and loneliness. However, it's equally worth for the others too.

why don't they make such movies now a days? movies we can relate
to...absolutely soul stirring lyrics, all of us who have witnessed our
parents in the 70s-80s struggling to make ends meet can relate to this
song. Love Love Love this song..where did this India go???? :(( :((
