Lyrics of Gulaabi Aankhen Jo Teri Dekhin Sharaabi Ye Dil Ho Gayaa - गुलाबी आँखें जो तेरी देखीं शराबी ये दिल हो गया
gulaabi aankhe jo teri dekhi sharaabi ye dil ho gayaa
sambhaalo mujhako o mere yaaro sambhalanaa mushkil ho gayaa
gulaabi aankhe jo
dil me mere khvaab tere tasvire jaise ho divaar pe
tujhape fidaa mai kyun hu_aa aataa hai gussaa mujhe pyaar pe
mai lut gayaa maan ke dil kaa kahaa
mai kahi kaa naa rahaa kyaa karun mai dilarubaa
buraa ye jaadu teri aankho kaa ye meraa qaatil ho gayaa
gulaabi aankhe jo
maine sadaa chaahaa yahi daaman bachaa lu hasino se mai
teri qasam khvaabo me bhi bachataa phiraa naazanino se mai
taubaa magar mil ga_i tujhase nazar mil gayaa dard-e-jigar
sun zaraa o bekhabar
zaraa saa hans ke jo dekhaa tune mai teraa bismil ho gayaa
gulaabi aankhe jo
sambhaalo mujhako o mere yaaro sambhalanaa mushkil ho gayaa
gulaabi aankhe jo
dil me mere khvaab tere tasvire jaise ho divaar pe

Poetic Translation - Lyrics of Gulaabi Aankhen Jo Teri Dekhin Sharaabi Ye Dil Ho Gayaa - गुलाबी आँखें जो तेरी देखीं शराबी ये दिल हो गया
Your rosy eyes, a glance so deep,
My heart, it drunk, begins to weep.
Hold me close, my friends, I plead,
To stay upright, a failing seed.
Your rosy eyes...
Within my heart, your dreams reside,
Like portraits painted, side by side.
Why am I lost in love's sweet game?
Anger wells, towards love's burning flame.
I'm undone, I heed my heart's soft plea,
Nowhere to go, what will become of me?
This magic spell, your eyes have cast,
My killer now, this love that's meant to last.
Your rosy eyes...
I always sought to flee the grace,
Of beauty's smile, in time and space.
I swore, even in dreams I'd hide,
From lovely forms, where dangers reside.
But fate it willed, our eyes did meet,
And in that gaze, my heart did bleat.
Listen close, my unaware,
A gentle smile, then I'm your snare.
Your rosy eyes...
My heart, it drunk, begins to weep.
Hold me close, my friends, I plead,
To stay upright, a failing seed.
Your rosy eyes...
Within my heart, your dreams reside,
Like portraits painted, side by side.
Why am I lost in love's sweet game?
Anger wells, towards love's burning flame.

Nanda was a sublime paradox: She was glamorous but not superficial; her
aura was not of a centrefold but an ideal wife. Rajesh complements Rafi
with the same charisma as he did Kishore. This was a fine film: Initially
Rajesh appears young for the part, but he exudes an aura of austerity &
smoothness betraying maturity that belies his youth making him utterly
believable. Legendary is the only way to describe him & Rafi & also my
friend, Jemal. I hope your family are well & Thank you kindly. :-)))

My friend it is that time of year again: I hope you and all dear to you
have a sublime period of festivity; I hope Jack and all your other children
are doing splendidly; I miss his comments actually, they always amused me.
I have a song to send you, Yuan & Sarla as well. To be truthful I miss when
you, Janine, Usman Yuan, Imani & I would exchange comments on a weekly
basis; it does seem quite long ago now. I reiterate: Greetings of the
season to you & your loved ones.

play negative role as brilliantly and who can make cry in anand . List is
too long. Salute to the first superstar

The most versatile singer India has ever produced, sang each song with such
distinction, that left the listeners spellbound. The effortless transition
across the entire range without any strand of strain, flawless emoting made
him the king of playback singing... No doubt his humility, unassuming
attitude, soft spoken nature, and reverence for mankind produced such a
voice which came direct from heart... It's true that music is about emotion
and not only technicalities, and he was master of both, in melody,
modulation, octave range, variety, versatility, universality,
lyric-expression, characterization, etc etc--the list goes on and on! I'm
also positive that the more time passes bye the more precious and rare his
voice will become. He will be the Van Goff, the Picasso, the Bach from the
sub-continent! There will be a lot of research done and many Ph. D's
acquired about him. He is the Mount Everest in human voice! And there is
only one Mr. Everest! An endless, bottomless ocean of music and melody!
