Well first of all she is not suppose to look good in accordance with the events that were taking place prior to and during the song. Madhuri's character in this situation is completely torn and ripped apart with sorrow. So she does sth desperate and shocking. Look at anil kapoor's shocking face. Why? b/c he has never seen madhuri like this before. So desperate and completely unaware of her image. If everybody understood that then comments on her look would be irrelevant.
