I feel Rafi Saab & Suman Kalyanpur's version is very soothing &
melodious.Mukesh & Kamal Barot have sung with very straight notes.As the
composition is same and singers are different , they have their own styles
but there is differnce in feelings of the Lyrics. Its difficult to make
understand the feelings of the song.Suman Kalyanpur has rendered this song
superbly and filled the place of Lataji. This is my understanding , I may
be wrong as I am not a master in the field.

Beautiful song. Beautiful renderings in both versions.
Will the up-loader take pains to correct the mistakes in the first version of the lyrics as provided by him in the description? Also the word "dil lagi" (in 2nd version) has been rendered by Suman ji slightly earlier in the song, and it is not at the end of the song where the word is "zindagi' in Rafi Saab's voice. This may be corrected too.

@pagalimommy ..Both version are original ..in fact this song was recorded
first with Mukesh ji & Kamal Barot and then with Rafi Sahab & Suman
Kalyanpur and only later version ie Rafi-Suman version was included in the
movie.. Thanks for sharing this evergreen romantic duet..
