Thanks! Had been looking for this song for ages, especially since my old 78rpm record of this song is chipped! As a counterpoint to Lata's sweet voice, the song's delicate tune and the minimalist orchestration, the chorus adds the most imaginative touch.

long time ago: Teri yaad na dil se' (Lata sounds more like Suman Kalyanpur
there), Unse' bichhad kar (sweet classic Lata here). Thanks ajay ji for
digging out such rare gems for the aam janata. Salil Da's sparkling
melodies full of dard. Wow, what an era of Hindi music was that.
