jhum-jhum ke nacho aaj nacho aaj
gao khushi ke git ho gao khushi ke git
aaj kisiki har huyi hai aaj kisiki jit
ho gao khushi ke git ho
koyi kisiki aankh ka tara, jiwan sathi sajan pyara
aur koyi takdir ka mara, dhundh raha hai dil ka sahara
kisiko dil ka dard mila hai, kisiko mann ka mit
ho gao khushi ke git ho, jhum-jhum ke nacho aaj nacho aaj
gao khushi ke git ho, gao khushi ke git ho
dekho toh kitna khush hai jamana, dil me umange lab pe tarana
dil jo dukhe aansu na bahana, yeh toh yaha ka dhang purana
isko mitana usko banana iss nagri ki rit
ho gao khushi ke git ho, jhum-jhum ke nacho aaj nacho aaj
gao khushi ke git ho, gao khushi ke git ho
DK was a top artist. His mood in this film changed from being a happy man
to a very sad one. The way he acted and portrayed his emotions as the film
went on made his audience live those moments as if they were real. He
possessed this unique ability to create and sustain a close rapport between
his audience the character he would play. Mukesh put a lot of emotions in
this song too. I have been listening to the songs of this films since I was
a child. I would rate the Andaaz songs as the best of Mukesh.
