It's not a terrible song, but it's my least favorite from the movie. Shah Rukh's expressions are fantastic, though.

This will spoil the movie... but here is the answer: He is crazy at this point, and is imagining Madhuri's character while the other girl (Rupina) is singing and dancing.

socal1982, this happened because , Shahrukh khan in that movie wanted to marry with madhuri dixit , but she was being married, while he and his mother were going to propose her. So Shahrukh became so nervous and imagine madhuri as dancing.
