इस गीत के संगीतकार ख़य्याम साहब थे लेकिन रेकॉर्ड पर नाम बुलो सी रानी का है।
उन दिनों ख़य्याम साहब ने कई फिल्मों में एक-दो गीत संगीतबद्ध किये थे।

record. that was struggling days of khayyam sahab.
