it brings back sweet memories of my first love, way back in 1994. Appereantly this was the first hindi movie i ever watched from begning to the end, the story carved into my mind like nothing else. Thereafter many times watched the film, and this song was my favourite hindi song for many years, and after many yrs found it today, took me back in time, down the memory lane. great song, infact i do not know the complete meaning. Thanks joo123f for sharing it.

jaanam was directed by vikram bhatt with music by anu malik. the film
bombed but the music was a hit. 3 of the songs in this film were inspired
by english songs, this one included. i wish anu malik had not sung this
song. no offense, he is a great composer and does well as a singer in
selected songs, but this song was tailor made for abhijeet or vinod rathod.
nonetheless a very nice outcome
