I sometimes long for the India of the 1980s/1990s, when I listen to songs
like these. How simple and innocent those days were. Our idea of a great
evening was going out in our Premier Padmini, watching a movie and having
dinner at a roadside chatwalla. Our favourite pastime at home was watching
serials on Doordarshan , which were simple but very entertaining. Those
days were great. Every time I visit India now, I'm shocked to see how
complicated and money driven things have become.Very sad!
