The music in Abhi To Jee Lein was composed by Sapan Sengupta and Jagmohan
Bakhshi, popularly known as Sapan-Jagmohan. They were a very talented duo,
but couldn’t establish themselves as top class MDs in the presence of
stalwarts like SJ, LP, RD, etc. This title song is one example of their
musical prowess. Lyrics by Naqsh Lyalpuri are superb. But the star of this
song is Kishore Kumar, who made it a memorable number with his energetic
and flawless delivery.
