A new dawn, Ram, a fresh start, new trials arise,
Oh Ram, where has life brought us, beneath these skies?
With valor and courage, he conquered all foes,
Ram shattered Shiva's bow, and Sita's love arose.
A king he became, yet renounced his throne's hold,
By a deceitful queen, his dreams were sold.

For his father's word, a sacrifice so grand,
He gave up his rights, across the barren land.
Ram and Sita, to the forest they did roam,
Ideals were lost, by treachery's foam.
Ravana, cruel, stole Sita's grace,
Leaving Ram tormented, in a desolate space.
Through all the trials, his dreams were torn and shattered,
Ram reached Lanka, a true lover, mattered.
Maryada Purushottam Ram, the tides did turn,
Joy snatched away, by a doubt that did burn.

Sita banished, back to the wild she went,
Wise men offered solutions, their wisdom sent.
Ram, in helplessness, his spirit did weep,
How to respond, oh Ram, his secrets to keep?
In anguish he pondered, yet marriage he must face,
Oh Ram, a single life, is not two's embrace.
