A Rajsingh reigned, Kondwana's fortress bright,
A beacon bold, a guiding, shining light.

The tale of him, now Raju's tongue will speak,
"Raju am I, my name, the words I seek!"
Behold, dear friends, Kondwana's splendor grand,
Where shadows dance and fates are close at hand.

The envious, with Sattaru's fire ablaze,
Their armies marched, in war's destructive maze.
But Rajsingh, watchful, through tunnels deep,
His warriors led, from slumber, souls to leap.
Like lightning's flash, on foes they did descend,
And victory's song, their valiant spirits lend.

Victorious, returned, the fort's embrace,
He brought to earth a heaven's gentle grace.
At the gate, the Navalnars stood, a line,
With lamps they danced, with flowers they did entwine.
Krishna's image, on the throne did gleam,
Service and love, a radiant, waking dream.
Oh, brother king, in you our trust resides,
Our guardian true, where our spirit hides.
Raja Dhi Raja, the drums begin to play,
"Raju am I," the words I now convey.

Two queens he had, of beauty and of grace,
The elder, Mayuri, in rhythm's embrace,
Thagad Dam, Thagad Dam, the beat took hold,
A tapestry of stories to be told.
The younger, a singer, her notes would soar,
On Sargam's wings, to seek and to explore,
Ni Sa Pa Re Sa Ga, her melodies unfurl,
With pen in hand, a poet in the world.
The king, with art, a fiery passion's call,
He banished famine, embraced one and all.
A nation healed, where caste and creed did cease,
He brought forth Ram Rajya, and lasting peace.

If love you seek, what need for bonds to bind?
With souls like mine, what need for angel's find?
