dil ho qaabu me to us shokh se kyaa-kyaa na kahun

kuchh hai ikaraar unhe apani sitamagaari kaa
phir bhi isaraar hai mujhase ke mai aisaa na kahun

isaraar = insistence

aap baithe to sahi aa ke mere paas kabhi
ke mai furaqat me hadis-e-dil-e-diwaanaa kahun

Should I speak of love's tale, or the saga of pain?
