Such a great poetry and sung by legend Mehdi Hassan. this recreation is the
best tribute to the legend. Papon you nailed it bro. I never thought I
would love this Ghazal in this form ever. huge risk taken and wonderfully
sung. risk well paid. for last 5 months I listen to this song at least once
every day. #Respect to Both Mehdi Hassan Saab and Papon

but u r outstanding apart from this performance. sorry bro but I can say
good attempt.
The part I dont like is "Dil hi dukha ne ke liye" not properly sung,
otherwise its good
please try if u can sung aaj jane ki zid na karo. that cud suite u :)

(I am not a great listener of music , a novice) I heard this song by other
singers, truly this singer has touched my heart & his song in BARFI makes
me crazy after a hard days work,he has been blessed with a rich voice, I

awesome.amazing fusion of ghazal with modern music.you guys should
definitely do more this type of songs in this era of songs like "baby doll"
and introduce youngsters like us to these meaningful songs...

What a waste of a performance. The song is sung by a love-stung Aashiq who
is lamenting the absence of this lover. He/she is pleading the lover to be
besides her. There's more than a twinge of sorrow to this song. The
composers changed the whole tune as if this is a love song where 2 lovers
are celebrating their "Milan". Experimentation and all is fine but that
should not be at the expense of the meaning/pathos of the song
