danvir harishchandr nripati saty seva vritdhari
putr nari die bech saty par ban gae ap bhikhari

kathin tapasya bhagirath ki shri gaga ji ko lae
go brahman pratipal bhupati dilip raj kahae

raghuraj ki gaurav-gatha koi nahi bisrae
ashvamedh kar aj ne jag me kirti dhvaj pharkae

dashrath ji ne deh taja par bachan nahi taj pae
tum ho unke pran jagat jinke nis-din gun gae

suryavansh ki vijay-pataka tum phir se pharka do
ramrajy se bharat me tum sukh-shanti barsa do

Where the sun, a beacon, illuminates the world,
And its brilliance adorns all, flags unfurled.
Seven steeds draw the chariot, Arun guides the way,
In your lineage, a lamp, Ram, we sing and pray.
Echoes resound in ten directions wide,
Your glory proclaimed, with nothing to hide.

Harishchandra, generous, truth his guiding star,
Sold son and wife, yet held to truth, however far.
Bhagirath's penance, a river's sacred birth,
Dilip, protector of cows, blessed this earth.

The glory of Raghu's line, none forget,
Aj's horse sacrifice, a banner set.

Dasharath, though life departed, his word held true,
You are their essence, whose praises renew.
Raise again the victory flag of the sun's bright race,
Ramrajya's joy, on India embrace.
Let peace and contentment fall, a divine grace.
