Lyrics of Tum Kyaa Jaano, Tumhari Yaad Men Ham Kitanaa Roe - तुम क्या जानो, तुम्हारी यादों में हम कितना रोये
tum kyaa jaano
tum kyaa jaano, tumhari yaad me
hum kitnaa roye, hum kitnaa roye
rain guzaari taare gin gin
rain guzaari taare gin gin
chain se jab tum soye
ham kitnaa roe
kitni kaliyaa khili chaman me
khilke phir murjhaa gayi
birhan ke is bhole man ko
baar baar samjhaa gai
ro ke javaani kaati jisne
ro ke javaani kaati jisne
preet ke bije boye
ham kitnaa roye
tum kyaa jaano, tumhari yaad me
hum kitnaa roye, hum kitnaa roye
kitne baadal ghire gagan me
ghirake phir naa barse
pyaas daba kar dil hi dil me
kitanaa tadape tarase
dard hamara dil jaane yaa
dard hamara dil jaane yaa
nainaa khoye, khoye
ham kitnaa roye
tum kyaa jaano, tumhari yaad me
hum kitnaa roye, hum kitnaa roye
tum kyaa jaano, tumhari yaad me
hum kitnaa roye, hum kitnaa roye
rain guzaari taare gin gin
rain guzaari taare gin gin
chain se jab tum soye
ham kitnaa roe
kitni kaliyaa khili chaman me
khilke phir murjhaa gayi
birhan ke is bhole man ko
baar baar samjhaa gai
ro ke javaani kaati jisne

What a fine song ! Lataji has sung with highly subdued voice and given
pathos at its highest. Chitalkar's music has no parallel and it is very
rare Type of composition , with very minimum instruments.
Lata ji doesn't require any accompaniment of musical instruments. In
several songs these music directors have spoiled the beauty of the song
with very harsh musical accompaniments .

An immortal song and choice of millions. No wonder that I was enamoured by
it instantaneously. Magical creation from the combination of PL Santoshi, C
Ramachandra and Lata Mangeshkar in movie "Shin Shinaaki Booblaa Boo
(1952)". Those were the days! Thank you for excellent presentation with apt
visuals.
